Self Care Is Not a Luxury
Self care is the hour you carve out so the rest of the week is survivable. That is the whole idea behind this place, and it is why we built across two suites rather than one, so nobody is standing at the door waiting for a chair to free up.
The team here is trained monthly on current techniques, which matters more than it sounds. Nail trends move fast, and a technician who learned a method four years ago and never updated it will give you a set that looks four years old.
Every manicure and pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle detail, buffing, massage and polish as standard. Not as an upsell, not as a premium tier. That is the baseline service.
We use premium products because cheap product is where retention goes to die. A set that lifts in week one costs you another appointment, which is not a saving.
The Part Nobody Wants to Ask About
So here it is in writing. None of this is optional or reserved for quiet days.
- All metal tools are autoclaved. They are disinfected, then sterilized under pressurized steam and sealed in a pouch that is opened at your station. It is the same standard used in medical settings, and it is a step above wiping tools with disinfectant between clients.
- We do not use whirlpool pedicure chairs. When the pipes in those chairs are not cleaned properly, skin, hair and bacteria collect inside them, and that causes genuinely serious infections.
- Our pedicure tubs take plastic liners. The liner clicks into the tub and is thrown away after every customer. There is no cleaning process to get wrong, so you never have to wonder whether your chair was done properly.
- Files, buffers and mats are single use. Anything porous goes in the bin at the end of your appointment rather than onto the next person's hands.
- We turn work away when we should. A suspected fungal infection, an open wound or an ingrown nail needs a doctor, and we will tell you that instead of working around it.
Everything Under One Roof
Nine categories, which is more than most salons this size carry. Full pricing for all of it is on the service menu.
- Manicures. Organic manicures through to gel polish, with sugar scrub and paraffin options.
- Pedicures. Eight tiers, from a straightforward organic spa pedicure up to the 24K golden pedicure.
- Nail enhancements. Acrylic, liquid gel, Gel-X and Herbal SNS dipping, with full sets and fills.
- Add-ons. Chrome, ombre, French, hot stone, paraffin, repairs and removals, priced individually.
- Kids menu. Ages 10 and under, shorter appointments and gentle filing.
- Waxing. Brows and upper lip through to full legs, back and Brazilian.
- Eyelash extensions. Natural through full volume, with a refill schedule and a yearly membership.
- Facials. Express refreshers through to anti-ageing treatments like dermaplane and microdermabrasion.
- Permanent makeup. Microblading, brows, eyeliner and lips, consultation first.
Spa parties
We host groups for bachelorettes, birthdays, bridal showers, product launches, corporate parties and girls nights. Call the front desk with some notice and we will work out how to put everyone through together rather than splitting you across two visits.
Corona and the Streets Around It
We are at 1973 Foothill Parkway, suites 107 and 108, on the north west corner of Foothill Parkway and the 15. Parking is free and directly out front, no structure to circle and no meters.
Most of our regulars are from Corona itself, though plenty drive in from the surrounding cities because getting in and out is easy.
Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 7:30 pm. Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm. Sunday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Walk-ins are welcome any day we are open, though booking ahead is the only way to guarantee a specific technician.
