01What Information We Collect

We collect what we need to book you in, reach you about your appointment and run the business. That includes:

Information you give us directly

• Full name
• Mobile or landline phone number
• Email address
• Appointment details, including the service requested, your preferred technician, date and time
• Anything you type into our contact form, including questions and design requests
• Service notes such as allergies, skin sensitivities, product reactions or conditions relevant to waxing and facials, where you tell us
• Photos of nail or lash designs you send us as a reference
• Membership details, where you join our eyelash extension membership

Information collected automatically

• IP address and the approximate location derived from it
• Browser type, device type and operating system
• Pages visited on this site, time on page and the link or search that referred you
• Cookie and similar identifiers, as described in section 4

Payment information

Payments are taken in person at the salon and processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on this website or on our own systems.

• Reply to questions sent through the contact form, by email, by text or by phone
• Send promotional offers and salon news, where you have opted in to receive them
• Keep service notes so your technician knows what you had last time and what to avoid

• Process payments and keep records required for accounting and tax
• Plan and coordinate spa parties and group bookings
• Understand which pages and services people look at, so we can improve the site
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you book with us. Most clients receive roughly 2 to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

• Giving your number and consent in person at the front desk
• Giving your number and consent over the phone
• Texting our number first to start a conversation

Our forms use two separate consent checkboxes, one for automated reminders and service-based messages and one for marketing and promotional messages. Neither is pre-ticked, and neither agreement is a condition of any purchase or of receiving a service.

How you opt out

Reply STOP or OUT to any message from us to stop all further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or call us at (951) 393-0033. Reply START to resume messages after opting out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. Data may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.

04Cookies & Tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies that keep the site working, hold form state and support the booking widget
• Analytics cookies that tell us which pages are visited and how people move through the site
• Advertising and remarketing cookies, where those tools are enabled, so we can show relevant ads to people who have visited the site

Embedded content such as the Google Maps frame, our contact form and our booking system may set their own cookies, which are governed by those providers' policies rather than ours.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking essential cookies may stop the contact form or the booking widget from working correctly.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to it, so this site does not currently respond to it.

05Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold:

• This website is served over SSL/TLS encryption, so data sent between your browser and our site is encrypted in transit
• Card payments are handled by a PCI DSS compliant payment processor, and full card numbers never reach our systems
• Access to client records is limited to staff who need it to do their job
• Our booking and messaging platforms are password protected and kept up to date

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do commit to handling your information carefully and to acting quickly if a problem is identified.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here, or as long as the law requires.

06Your User Rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Give you a copy of that information
• Correct anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing messages, by email or by SMS
• Stop selling or sharing your personal information, noting that we do not sell it in the first place

California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and we will not treat you differently for exercising them. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 9. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.

07Age Restriction

This website and our SMS program are intended for people aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 to submit a form, opt in to messages or create a booking account.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.

Children under 18 are welcome in the salon for services, including everything on the kids menu. The booking and any consent must be given by a parent or guardian.

08Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only where it is needed to run the business, and only with parties who are bound to protect it:

• Our booking and customer management platform, which stores appointment and contact records
• Our SMS and email delivery providers, so messages can reach you
• Our payment processor, for in-salon card transactions
• Analytics and advertising providers, where those tools are enabled, generally in aggregated or pseudonymous form
• Professional advisers such as accountants, where required
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to disclose
• A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or merged, subject to this policy continuing to apply

As stated in section 3, mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
