01Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website, submit a form, opt in to our SMS program or make a booking on your own behalf. By doing any of those things, you confirm that you are 18 or older.

Clients under 18 are welcome to receive services in the salon, including everything on the kids menu. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking, provide any consent and be present for the appointment.

We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to opt in to text messages. If you believe a minor has opted in, contact us using the details in section 6 and we will remove the number.

02SMS Program Description

Program name: Herbal Nails & Spa Corona Appointment and Offers Alerts.

By providing your mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive text messages from Herbal Nails & Spa Corona. The message types sent under this program are:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders ahead of your booking
• Rescheduling and cancellation notices
• Waitlist and availability alerts
• Replies to enquiries you have sent us
• Follow-up messages after a visit, including review requests
• Promotional offers, discounts and seasonal specials
• Eyelash membership and account updates
• Holiday hours, new service and new technician announcements

Our forms carry two separate consent checkboxes, one for automated reminders and service-based messages and one for marketing and promotional messages. You can agree to either, both or neither.

Message frequency varies and depends on how often you book with us. Most clients receive roughly 2 to 6 messages per month.

Neither agreement is a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may book with us by phone or in person without opting in.

03Opt-Out Instructions

You control these messages at all times. Reply to any message from us with one of the following keywords:

You can also opt out by calling us at (951) 393-0033, emailing [email protected], or asking any member of staff at the front desk. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop us from calling you about a specific booking if you have asked us to.

04Message and Data Rates

Any charges for sending or receiving text messages are billed by and payable to your mobile carrier, under the plan you hold with them. Herbal Nails & Spa Corona does not charge you for the messages themselves. Contact your carrier for details of your plan and any charges that apply.

05Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. This includes, but is not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint.

Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and on factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee that every message will arrive, or that it will arrive at a particular time, and we are not responsible for delays, failures or interruptions in delivery caused by the carrier or by your device.

Supported carriers may change without notice, and carriers are not parties to these terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

08Cancellation Policy

Appointments are held for you, which means a late cancellation leaves a chair empty that someone else wanted. The following applies:

• We recommend booking in advance to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed
• Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, by phone or through the booking link in your confirmation message
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or a reschedule, depending on the bookings after yours
• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings
• Group bookings and spa parties need more notice than a single appointment, and the front desk will confirm the notice period and any deposit when you book
• All prices are subject to change without notice

Services already performed are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your nails, tell us as soon as you can and come back in, and we will put right anything that is ours to fix.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment ourselves, for example due to illness, staffing or an emergency. In that case we will contact you as early as we can and no fee applies.

09Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, the website or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Riverside County, California, and you agree to that venue.

All content on this website, including text, logos, images and service descriptions, is the property of Herbal Nails & Spa Corona and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Herbal Nails & Spa Corona is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes. Continuing to use the site or the SMS program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
